Yoga can indeed be helpful for relieving constipation by promoting better digestion and easing gas.

Here are Seven poses you can try.

Lie on your back and hug one knee at a time into your chest. This helps to release trapped gas in the digestive tract.

2. Child's Pose (Balasana)

Kneel on the floor with your big toes touching and knees spread apart. Sit back on your heels and stretch your arms forward, lowering your chest toward the floor. This pose gently massages the internal organs and aids in digestion.

3. Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)

Start on your hands and knees with your wrists directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. This sequence gently massages the digestive organs and can relieve gas and bloating.

4. Supine Twist

Lie on your back with your arms out to the sides in a T position. Exhale as you drop your knees to one side, keeping your shoulders grounded. This pose helps to wring out the digestive organs and can relieve gas and bloating.

5. Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana)

Lie on your back and bring your knees towards your chest. Grab the outside edges of your feet with your hands, and open your knees wider than your torso. Gently rock from side to side to massage the lower back and abdomen.

6. Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and fold forward from the hips, reaching towards the floor or grabbing your elbows. This pose helps to stimulate digestion and relieve constipation by increasing blood flow to the abdominal organs.

7. Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
